That gap — between individual speed and team-level delivery — is what I work on, in two ways:
- I run private AI-SDLC workshops and adoption support for engineering teams (10–60 devs) that already use Cursor, Copilot, or Claude Code — but haven't seen team-level delivery change. That's ai-sdlc.services.
- I'm building an agentic engineering startup — background agents across the software development lifecycle. I write about that work here, wins and failures.
Before this: 20+ years shipping software — IC → Staff Engineer → CTO at companies from 5 to 500 people. US Patent holder. I've lived every stage of the build-ship-break cycle.
